What is PBS?

PBS is a recent inside joke where the old animation that would play at the beginning of Public Broadcasting Station shows will interrupt one's sentance.
Examples:

• "Nice of the- Public Broadcasting Station"
• "5 Refe- Public Broadcasting Station"
• "Public Broa- Public Broadcasting Station"
• "I hope she made lots of- Public Broadcasting Station"
